1. PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS
You may purchase my Gift Vouchers directly from the shop at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club in person, or over the phone.
As the purchaser you undertake that all details you provide to Jason Harris Golf for the purpose of ordering said Gift Vouchers are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own.
A Gift Voucher is only valid once you have paid in full for it and you have received a confirmation of said purchase, either as a physical voucher in hand, or an email confirmation, which validates your purchase.
These terms and conditions are binding, please check them carefully as I'm are not able to amend them once a Gift Voucher has been issued.
All of my prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

2. USING YOUR GIFT VOUCHERS
My Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any for-sale golf product in the shop, or it can be used against buggy hire, Trackman experience hire, and golf tuition. For clarity please understand that my Gift Vouchers are NOT redeemable at Wenvoe Castle Golf Club, they are Golf Shop specific vouchers, so you may NOT redeem them against a round of golf, or at the bar in the golf club.
Gift Vouchers have a strict expiry date after which your Gift Voucher can no longer be used. A Gift Voucher is only valid or redeemable for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase, after which the voucher code will automatically expire. No refunds will be given for expired gift vouchers. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure your vouchers are spent within the 6-month timeframe.
You may redeem your voucher in person at the shop, or over the phone with a member of the shop team.

3. CANCELLING OR AMENDING GIFT VOUCHER BOOKINGS
If you cancel your reservation or experience within the permitted timings of your reservation or experience, your Gift Voucher will be reinstated to its full value, and you can use it on another booking or at my discretion a new Gift Voucher may be issued. If you cancel your reservation or experience outside the permitted timings, I will consider your Gift Voucher to have been used towards the cancelation penalty in full and you will not be able to use it on another booking.
4. REFUNDING GIFT VOUCHERS
Under the Consumer Protection Contracts Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order 15 days from the day of receipt of your Gift Voucher(s). If you wish to cancel your order during this time, you should contact me within 15 days and I will refund you the price you have paid for the Gift Voucher(s) within 14 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You cannot cancel and refund a Gift Voucher that has either been used or has expired.

For legal reasons, I need to also include the following standard contractual clauses:
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, I disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the services I can offer you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or your cancellation rights under these terms. If I fail to comply with these terms, I'm responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms or my failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time these terms were entered into, both we and you knew it might happen. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or Agents. In the event that Jason Harris Golf breaches its contract with you, Jason Harris Golf shall be responsible only for refunding the cost of the Gift Voucher. Jason Harris Golf shall not be liable to pay any other compensation or losses suffered by you as a consequence of the breach of contract.
This agreement
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. Any provision of these terms that is expressly, or by implication, intended to come into or continue in force on or after termination of these terms shall remain in full force and effect. Each party agrees that it shall have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms and conditions.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
